Tax Preparer / Tax Consultant

We are a small, fast paced, supportive team that files over 1200 personal income tax returns in a season. We handle most files electronically via a secure Sharefile system on our website where clients can upload tax documents and receive signature documents.

We use Drake Software – it is not necessary to be familiar with the software. We will train!

• Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience required.
• Lucrative pay structure – $30/hour base rate + up to 50% commission per return
• Completely flexible schedule – you work the hours that you want – nights and weekends available

• Up to ½ of any out-of-pocket health insurance costs will be reimbursed during months you are working

Bookkeepers / Payroll Specialists

We are always looking for qualified bookkeepers and payroll specialists to join our team!

Candidates must have direct experience with bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online, and a minimum of 2 years of payroll preparation experience using Quickbooks Desktop or similar software. A “skills test” will be given prior to hiring.
